i give up my own house to look after my brother and put my name down as living there with the housing who told me i would need to be there 12month befor i could become a tenent
since then my brother as passed away which was not expected and i need help to find out will the housing make me leave as i suffer from mentel healt problems

If you have given your own house unconditionally to a housing society than it is not possible. You should contact the free legan cell at thr civil court to take up your issue as this will attract the Persons with disability Act, 1995 and its section 72.
