First of all... don't trivialize the loss of human life. Be respectful.
Second... no, we shouldn't have had a worldwide day of mourning. The shooting was absolutely tragic, but the same day in Iraq, something like 157 people died from bombings and we hardly blinked an eye-- because they're not Americans. It's time for us to stop being so egotistical and realize that despite the tragedy of the shooting at V-Tech, this happens EVERY DAY worldwide in numbers far greater than 33. If some kid in Iraq went crazy and shot 32 innocent people, we probably wouldn't have even heard about it.

I think we are still mourning over it and will be for some time. I seriously doubt I will get a day off for it..I didn't when 9/11 happened but I would love to see the tragedy seriously recognized by the nation. Good question!!

Lazy pig swain you. Why would the world mourn over that, its America's problem. I take it you most make over 100,000 a year to want another holiday or your sick.
