you can actually email it to kinkos and they can print and even bind it for you. not sure of the price, but my friend does it with our online text books

Any Fedex Kinko's, or any Office-whatever superstore. Take the file with you on a floppy / flash drive / CD.

It's actually a kind of printer driver. You print your documents (whatever they may be), and this program converts it.
