My Aunty who is a vicar always says 'say safe sex' if she is taking a picture of someone. She did it after she christened my niece when we were taking pictures in church. That made me giggle....
I still sometimes say cheese or some other random food/drink word...

I heard some students from Japan say it at Disneyland and all my friends and I kind of adopted it.
My brother smiles big and says " gouda " ( his fav. kind of cheese.)

only when i'm taking the pic w/my kid she like for anyone in the pic to say it other than that i don't say anything unless prompted

but i generally dont like intentional smiley pics.. they usually come out goofy..
