People, I know that both men and women drive SUVs. Personally I don't like them that much unless you really need it for practicality. They are pretty expensive when it comes to fuel costs as they usually get pretty low miles per gallon. But why do so many women love those 2-ton monsters?

1. To give them a high angle view of the road.
2. To see the front fenders more clearly in maneuvering in tight spaces.

i drove one about four years because i could not decide if i wanted a car our truck and then i bought a truck that lasted about a year and back to a car i went now i drive and love a 350z don't know why i ever wanted a SUV our truck

I think they drive them because their husbands buy them, and they don't want to drive a mini van. It drives me crazy watching those women try to park them at the grocery store!
