Well since the euro has climbed to 1.36 for every dollar it might have crossed the mind of Cho, that the ever worstening threat of inflation and recession could spell a significant era of depression. He might have considered the impact of this and his chances of getting employment in the current economic climate. It seems gloomy alright, and indeed the prospect would make people carry out some extraordinary acts.
My conclusion is yes. I would indeed see this as a reason for this man to carry out the shootings.

I seriously doubt it. The gunman was mentally disturbed to put it mildly .the only dollar influence I could imagine is the cost of security equipment like metal detectors and the like . Cameras as the hundred of so they have don't really suffice with the nature of this crime.And by the time required for police to respond doesn't really suffice with a suicide killer either nor do cards for entry .
