Should fit just fine in a Accent or Elentra, you wouldn't want to put it in anything larger then those. Why are you asking anyway unless you own a junk car or are a mechanic?

i dont think so because they are two different car makes and the electronics wouldn't plug into each other unless you could buy a electronic conversion kit and then you would have to worry about the trans axle and the transmission fitting and also would have to make sure that the flue lines would go on correctly. you would have to ask someone who knows alot about kias and Hyundai's

Unless you are a CERTIFIED MECHANIC AND WELDER. I would not attempt this exchange.
It would probably fit, but to get the motor mounts and electronics and vacuum hoses routed correctly would be more trouble than it is worth. I do not believe these were compatible in that year
