I Feel like a loser a lot and i dont know if this is because i hve poor social skills or ppl just dont like me

ok heres the why i think im a loser. i dont go out on the weekends to hang out with anybody but thats partly because theres no one to really kick it with in this neighborhood. I do have i a few friends that comes and kicks it with me at my house but thats once every 3 or 4 months that they do come. when i do go out on the weekend i go to the movies WITH MY MOM instead of friends. i do talk to people at school and hang out with a couple of dudes i know at lunch but i just sit there most of the time saying nothing. i tried starting a conversation on the topics i do know the best( video games) with my friend
marsellus but the only topic he would fully engage in is basketball which i dont find interesting. i i've sometimes been called popular but thats because maybe i hang out wth some of the popular kids and almost everybody knows my name but some of the dude i hang out with are not my "true" friends. I just hope that this is enough information to come up with a logical answer

If the people you hang out with have different interests than you, you are with the wrong people. Change your social circle.

What he means is that no matter what you believe that you are, you are right.

If you believe you are a loser. You will prove to yourself that this is true and end up becoming a loser.

If you believe you are a winner, you will do the same and proof to yourself that you are a winner.

As many sentences as you wrote about you being a loser, you could write some good things about you.

I could give you a few examples...

Like you are a good son who goes movies with your mum ( I wish my son would do tat when he is older- you can see him at http://verityy.blogspot.com ), you must be a good video games person (i know nuts about tat) and you have popular friends.. so you must be pretty cool yourself cos I know popular people dun like to be associated with losers... you must also be a good friend for if not, your friends would not even appear once in every 3-4 years in your house... you are someone who is constantly aspiring to get better because even though you are not good at talking or having conversations.. you are willing to learn and try... and you are also asking for help in this segment which makes me also think you must also be a humble person who can accept people's suggestions.

I dunno you very well but even I can see that, why can't you?

You would only not be able to CHOOSE to believe you are a winner of you CHOOSE to believe tat you are a loser.

If so, why do you think this way of yourself? Is it because you are angry at yourself for something and feel you do not deserve the best for that? Are you either angry at your mum or your dad?

Let go.. aim at love.

And become the true winner you truly are!

My son usually went to the mall, the arcade, the local pizza restaurant, the skate rink, the dances. He starts conversations with people that appear to share his interest. " I like coming to this place, they have the coolest clothes." "The pizza here is better than anywhere else in town." "Can you show me how to do that?" "Would you like to teach me how to dance?" There are a million ways to meet people. You just have to make the effort. Try initiating a get together--"Did you hear about that movie that is coming out? If you are not doing anything this weekend, why don't we all get together and meet athe the theater for the 9pm show. I bet we can meet some real fine girls there." " I overheard a bunch of really cute girls talking about meeting at the mall Sunday. I am thinking about going. Why don't you meet me there?"

Next suggestion--Always take an interest in what is going on in other people's lives. "Oh, man, I heard that you and ___ just broke up. Want to hang out this weekend?" Show that you care about what happened to them. Get excited if it is good, and be supportive if it is bad.

With guys, girls are always a good topic!!!

Then there is always a good joke. Learn how to tell jokes. You can find some great ones online. Practice telling them until you are good at it. Everyone loves a good joke!! Just don't make fun of people. Be careful what kind of joke you tell. You don't want to offend anyone.

it seems like people like you but that you don't like them. it seems that you are surrounding yourself with people that don't interest you and that you should try and meet new people that you can actually have an interesting conversation with and maybe you should try and make more of an effort on the weekends to do things like going out, just try and branch out a little more and be more talkative

just trie to be freinds with them and don't talk to much about the video games. if u talk to a guy talk about sports. and if it's a girl just get along with them. or even if u think that u have a poor social skills just trie harder at school.

theres nothing wrong with you ,your just hanging out with the WRONG people!!!!!!!! you need 2 find ppl who intrest you and who share common intrest with you.its ok if u stay friends with them but find ppl who u connect with and make them your close friends.im sure theres sumone at ur school who is a good match for you FIND THEM!!!!!!
