To be honest, I think that if someone said that to me that I would think that they were a little over condfident, cocky. First impressions are important, however, everyone reacts differently don't they. I personally would be put off by it.

Unless you have exceptional qualification or experience for the position where there wouldn't be many applicants, I wouldn't, honestly, be impressed.
I would think this approach to be a bit brash. Sorry to say this, but I don't mean any offense. I think for any job applicant, it would be important to create a good first impression, and this implies being polite.

It depends on how you said it. It could be funny..but it could also make you sound like a pretentious jerk. It didn't seem too impressive to me...not too funny either. But maybe if I heard you say it, it would be...idk

depends if it includes what experience you have that is required or desired by that company I guess.
