creditor seized my bank account and does not want to come to agreement, what should i do?

Uh, pay what you owe?

They don't generally seize bank accounts until payment is LONG overdue and you haven't shown good faith in trying to pay it off, even if you can only pay slowly.

Seems as if you have really annoyed your creditors - they don't usually do this unless they have exhausted all other options.

So pay them!
