i live alone and tried something different this year seeing as i was going to be having no guests over and it didn't matter if it turned out to be a disaster.
i stuffed mine full with garlic, lemon and onion only. it turns out tasting like lemon garlic chicken and not like turkey at all plus, it was very juicy. - not bad

have you had turduken ? it's a turkey stuffed with a duck stuffed with a chicken , it takes like 3 days to make, but it's fantastic!
