In CA, the same places everybody else gets theirs.

No idea about the other states.

(You're wondering why they're so cheap, right?)

Every night put out a plate of fresh oatmeal cookies, a cup of one percent milk, and two empty six imperial gallon gasoline
jugs for the little people. Costco operates on the same principal except in-lieu-of milk and cookies the little people
meet the gasoline quota set by some corporate executive.

It's said that Shell and Costco get their gas from the same exact place.
