How old is Bill? Is he an adult or a child? Is he your husband or bf and you have been fighting? Is he drunk, on drugs, or passed out? Is he in the master bathroom and can't hear you? Is the music turned up and drowning you out? Are you sure he is in there????? The answer to these questions will help answer your question.

Call the cops- let him know first though. They will be able to provide basic first aid and call for an ambulance should he be in serious danger. LET HIM KNOW VERY CLEARLY that you intend to call the police FIRST!! If that doesn't get his attention then I don't know what will! Heck they might even be able to walk you through how to establish a like wit him?

If it's a normal bathroom door should be a small hole in the handle. Poke a coat hanger in there it will unlock the door..
