Is it because they are not happy? if yes why cant they move on?

I think communication & understanding are very important creteria in marriage . If both husband and wife have no time to sit down and talk for at least 30 min in a day , then their marriage are going towards dessaster . We need to share and exchange opinion in all aspect . Sometime we do like to do certain things, but we dont wana let our spouse know about it , cause we might think tht she or he doesnt like it , Thts the point where cheating starts . Conclusion ...comunication and understanding are key to succes of marriage

Yes, but more so because there maybe no excitement in the relationship and their weak. They can't move because their afraid to let go.. What I tell my friends before they cheat and leave there spouses"What's old to you is new to someone else. Make sure your ready let go."

I don't really know because I have never cheated, nor am I married but think about this. Probably the fact that they feel more of a risky rush doing things you probably wouldn't approve of..with another woman. Or they may get tired of seeing the same woman everyday, and may eventually want something new, but don't want to break your heart. Or basically they never really loved you.

There is probably a serious lack of communication. And there is no spark in the relationship so someone looks for that spark somewhere else, usually not intentionally. Couples need to keep that spark alive and feel the same as when they were first dating and getting to know each other.

Some aspect of their lives is not being fulfilled and they seek it elsewhere. For others the thrill of the chase is what does it, however the effect is short-lived. Sometimes, people have to have their cake and everyone else's too.

I think the devil causes people to cheat. He makes everything looks enticing and desirable. If you have no fear of the Lord in you you will be subject to do something that just might send you straight to hell.

some probably are unhappy but don't actually want to break up with current partner because maybe still like them or don't want to hurt them.. might be more conveiniant.. someone to fall back on if doesn't work with affair.. think that their partner won't ever find out so think its ok

because its more fun to try and get away with it and most do. some are knowing tht their hubbys do this but deny it so they dont' have to face it. that is why its done so much. but heck if you know it get out but its not that easy as you can ask and find out.

yes i agree with one of the answer that certain aspects of life cant be met...thats the other party went in search of it... but why dont they discuss it then.. or is it that there were no point in discussion since it is viewed that there will be no improvement?

theyre dissatisfied with their current relationship but too weak to end it and hoping to find a solution elsewhere. and sometimes the cake and eat it too, and sometimes all kinds of different reasons, too many to list here.
