to stand and watch the neighbors from your window? at my fiance's family's house when we were last there 6 of them were standing at the window watching the neighbors. i was raised to believe this was rude...then again i was raised on a farm. is this the way town folk are raised?!

They need to get a life lol I think it is rude. Have they seen the previews of that guy that was a nosey neighbor. His neighbor comes after him.

omg i would never do that the little town i live in people are so nosy they know everyones business if one sees something they are on the phone and so fort it is crazy i lived here my whole life and i can care less what anyone else is doing

I do sometimes because my neighbors do weird & funny things. Sometimes because I am nosy or bored. I don't think that it is rude.

It depends on what the neighbors are doing.
If they're minding their own business you shouldn't stare. If they're doing something kinky, break out the videocam.

I do sometimes, but only if I hear screaming, or if I hear people in my yard. Other than that, I feel it is just plain nosey.
