please help me find this song; i don't know the artist or the main title it's an r&b song by a female from the 90's. It has a verse in it that says ' I wanna go outside in the rain" and something about being outside and no one can see her crying.
it's a slow song and very sad and pretty

I'm familiar with the the song from the stylistics but this song is not by them. it is a female she is singing about being hurt. she was and artist that may have made only one or two songs

I know the 70's original was The Dramatics, not The Stylistics, sorry, dont know any remakes from the 90's. The title is "In The Rain"
