I am afraid that I will piss off some one that I truly care about, in everything i do, and say. I am afraid that she won't want me because of an action or something I said. Should I feel this way?

There are so many of us that fill the same way you are filling I some times think it is from caring so much you do not want to let that person down in some way , but really all you are doing is not letting that person think you are some way you are not .
you should always try to be how you are and we all make mistakes on the way but when you love some one it is OK and you both can work them out together and that is how it should be so try to be free about your self and do what you would if it was your sister or other family member, you may be just what she needs.

The fear you are feeling is unfounded, yes, I know not to you but it is something that you need to work on. Just be yourself and if something you say or do pisses someone off then face it when that happens. Fear will hold you back in so many aspects of your life. If someone truly cares about you they will not allow something you say stop them from having feelings for you. I use to worry about some of the same things, but decided I am me. Take me or leave me, as long as I am not doing it in a hurtful manner.

No, it's not natural to be so fearful of everything. It sounds like you have a self-esteem issue. Talk to a trusted friend, or get professional counseling to help you deal with this.
