Without any specific details of the experiment, in general -

1,10 phenathroline - forms an orange complex with ferrous iron ie Fe++. It is the chromogenic reagent.

Sodium acetate - buffering agent to stabilise pH in the range of 3 to 9.

Hydroxylamine (probably supplied as the hydrochloride) is used to maintain a reducing environment - see the first comment.
