about a breast reduction...?

do you have to be a certain size in order for a plastic surgeon to allow you to get a breast reduction?
like if you're still small to normal, will they let you make them smaller?
just wondering

I'm certain you'll be able to find a plastic surgeon to take your money for anything you want to have done to you.

You could go from whatever size you are to whatever you want BUT they will only take out what is SAFE. If it risks your breast health they will not take much out.
