Gravitational forces hold you to the Earth and makes you stick to the Earth while it's moving in circles instead of a line. Without it, you'd move in a straight line at a constant speed.
Electromagnetic forces hold atoms together so they do not split up and become indistinct protons, neutrons, and electrons. The reason why you can have different elements (and thus chemicals) is due to the fact that electromagnetic forces group the subatomic particles together.

Gravitational:
-Keeps you on the Earth
-Keeps the Earth in a sphere
-Determines your weight
Electromagnetic
-Anything with a current (TV, Radio, Battery, Digital Clock)
-Clap your hands. The electromagnetic force is the force that keeps your hands from passing through each other. The electrons on the outside of the atoms on your hands repel each other. That goes the same for all things. It keeps your bottom from falling through your chair.
-Static cling from laundry
There are many other examples, those are some main ones.
Hope that helped!

Gravity is a negative factor in daily life, requiring most of us to either climb stairs or take an elevator to work.
Electromagnetic forces are generated by machinery, producing ozone, which degrades rubber, causing numerous problems from lowered tire mileage, weakened rubber bands, and unwanted pregnancy.
