I'm going to assume this question is valid only if you've heard every rapper out there.
If not, then you are generalizing. And wrongly so. Plenty of rap is not about those themes.

actually the rappers that do rap about money, sex and cars are all corporate puppets and only do it because they are getting paid big money to keep the truth from people. if the truth were to be told as it is, the government would no longer be able to control people as they do, through money and extortion. see... back in the day rap was meaningful and brought people together under the common idea of unity and protecting family. the 'majority' that rules does not want to see the minority that has been under control for so long rise.
if you have heard underground artists, they carry a message with some meaning that we could all benefit from if it weren't drowned out by all the mainstream rappers crap... Stop taking what is shown on TV as the basis for a culture. it is only a stereotype, and a sickly distorted view of a culture.

Because this is the way they think and live. The escalade
is to show off. Actually the mentality of some of these rappers IQ must not register on the scales.
I also feel they should be held accountable for the lyrics of
some of these songs. They are destroying so many young lives, that 9 year old's can recite the words to a nasty rap song, but can not recite I pledge the alliance to the flag of the United States of America.. and you know this rest. So the next generation grows up thinking that dealing drugs and seeing their ho's is a life style.

You can ask this question for any genre of music for example:
Why do rock stars have to sing about sex, drugs and rock and roll?
One, you can't group everyone together as if they are a monolithic group. SOME rappers rap about this garbage, not all. And there is a difference between hip hop and rap. But I doubt you are interested in any of that anyway, I think you prefer the generalizations, not on actually being educated on the subject so nevermind.

I totally agree!! I swear every song now is about having sex and doing drugs too thats why i listen to eminem i think he is one of the few rappers that talk about real things and has songs that actually have a purpose(: i think hiphop and rap is so mess up right now and thats happening to all generes

Why do record execs ONLY sign people who rap about cars and women?
go back 15 years ago and you can see there was much more to hip hop than now.
Artists dont have creative control.
