Babies should drink formula or breast milk until ayear old. Solids are usually introduced at 4-6 months old. They can eat some 'mushy' table food at 9-10 months.Talk to your dr. about this.
If you feed your baby solids before this, they won't be able to digest it, and will poop it all out!
After my boys turned a year old, I only put water in their bottle, which made then lose interest fairly quickly.
Make sure you feed your baby whole milk or milk productsafter you wean them, because preschoolers need the fat for their nervous system to develop properly.

your supposed to have your baby on formula till at least a year old, after that keep them on a little baby food and by a year you should be able to introduce many table foods.. But the bottle use is a big NO. Give your baby a sippy cup with juice, regular milk, water. Just dont put in a bottle, or it will make it very hard to wean

A baby should be on formula until they are a year old. After that they drink milk and eat table food that is easy to chew and not something they could choke on. As for the bottle, it is really different for every child and every parent. Some children are off the bottle before their first birthday, and others it may be closer to two years of age. I plan on having my daughter weaned off her bottle before she hits her first birthday.

A baby should never be on "formula". Instead, just put one of your nipples in his or her mouth. You have two of them, and it is one of the reasons that they are there for.
