you can try www.drugs.com they have a pill identification wizard there and also online forum to get help. And if you are really worried.. the best thing you can do is to talk to your family doctor or pharmacist... if something ever happened to him, they need to have a clue what he is on so that no damage is done by giving him other medications... you never know when an accident or something can happen. He may very well need some help depending on what drugs he is taking. If you care.. get the help.

The color, shape, and letters are only made by different manufacturers. The same drug made by 2 different companies will look different. Call CVS pharmacy (if u don't know where one then lookup a local one on www.cvs.com) and tell them u have found a pill that needs to be identified. It's best to ask them to do this when they are not busy such as late at night. 24 hour store would be the BEST way and call very late at night. Anyway, call them and tell them to go online on RXnet and click on databank. This is a program on the computers in the pharmacy to input things (color, shape, inprint...) that could identify the drug.

Sounds like a 30mg oxycodone. Look up that name and see if it matches. Good luck.
