I assume that you are a woman.
These are suppose to be your prime years so I would first examine your lifestyle and your stress levels.
Then I suggest you get regular exercise and eat healthier.
This will be a positive step in the right direction and I can promise that unless you have some unknown illness, these steps will promote more sexual desire.
Good luck

How is your health?
Stress? kids won't let you relax?
Have you had your thyroid checked?
Go to the doctor.
Simple things such as physical fitness, hormone levels can have a BIG effect!

Also, body image can be a factor. If you don’t' feel sexy, you won't THINK sexy.

Ok, when you were 19 you had more hormones coursing through your veins then blood!

Here is the difference between then and now- you know your body MUCH better.

Talk to your doctor, get a physical. Your drives might still be there, they just might work different.

Sit down with some romance movies. STEAMY romance movies.. Or a good novel that deals with a lot of unfulfilled love that get fulfilled inthe end... with graphic description....

See if you are affected by any of this stimulus.

If your body checks out, and you try the romance novel approach, and still nothing, go see a specialist.

Women have a lot more ticking around inside them when it comes to sex then men do.

We have more mechanisms, so more to go wrong. Just keep narrowing it down until you hit what works. It may be a combination of things.

exercise.....seriously ....if you already exercise try doing something more strenuous. . ..though it is completely natural to loose your sex drive for a while. And then again it could be a symptom of some other underlying factor such as low level hypothyroidism or diabetes or something. If the loss of sex drive is the only problem you should try exercising and eating healthier food for a while and see if that helps. It cant hurt.

You are either bored or just need something to give you more energy. Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before a meal. Vinegar has 93 vitamins and minerals and will give you lots of energy. Do you have low or high self exteem? If you do not like your body, its going to be hard to accept that anyone else will too. Try to build your self esteem back up by excercising and saying daily affirmations. Good luck to you and yours.

It depends on how long its been, you could just be in a rut, or going through too many stressful emotions. There is probably a reason, you're to young for it to go away completely. We all go through phases where we don't feel like sex, it's just that people don't regularly admit it, so you feel weird when it happens to you.
