Do most women have organisms or do most fake it?

Yea we all have ORGANISM, not just women, men too.... you know those little microbes ORGANISM that live within our stomach & etc. I believe your question doesn't belong here in the ZOOLOGY section cause even though human are consider to be animal & women is human but it is somewhat an insult to ask a question about women in the ZOOLOGY section, the biology section wouldnt have been so offending!!!! not just the women Men as well ,and everybody in the animal kingdom.

all of us have organisms all over our bodies (microbes)
even if you wash everyday with soap
also in our blood or stomachs organisms can be found they are part of us

and the women that i knew did not fake their orgasms ,i made sure of that
maybe you need to work on your methods
