To be more clear, where can you apply to be a contestant.

They look for two things. You have to have enough intelligence. Not too smart, but not too dumb.
But a bigger need is personality. You can be as smart as a whip, but if you are as dull as dishwater, they don't want you.
i would go to the Fox site and see if you could submit there

I think you actually have to be stupider than a fifth grader to be a contestant on the show.

As for all Fox REALITY Casting and Auditions:
When a reality show is ready to accept applications and auditions, the information will be posted on fox.com (scroll down the main page and click on a button saying NOW CASTING). Or go to that specific show's webpage (if there is one) through fox.com and casting/audition information may be available on that show's main webpage.
