Yea, but the problem with what NBC did was that they didn't talk to victims/families first. There was no reason for them to put it out so quickly. You only do that if suspect is alive and the suspect makes threat to the public that he'll blow up something if it is not shown on TV.

It may have not been inappropriate thing or unethical, but it sure is hella of a way to piss off victims/familes of shooting.

u dont get it. Its disrespectful for the victoms loved ones to see the person who shot and killed their family or friend. You cant escape it, everyone is talking about it. U turn the tv on, open a newspaper, go online, and there he is pointing his guns. They are seeing him the way their loved one saw him, for the last moments of their life, only they seen him possibly point blank.
You just have to have a little more sympathy for those who have lost.

you are exactly right. a lot of people keeps complaining. turn your tv off and do not watch it. some people would like to watch it . i wish that they would show the whole thing.
ps
no it is not stupid and it is not my "entertainment". I live close to va tech and have friends that go there. There is nothing that will bring back these victims but to know why they died helps to ease my pain somewhat. To not ever know why these students were killed would be very painful for me.

You are missing the point entirely. They are showing his video, which is exactly what he wanted. He was a cold blooded murdering freak,a piece of sub-human trash who deserves ZERO credibility.By giving in to what he wants,we encourage other crazies who have ' a message' to do the same things he did,and that is just stupid.

Yes, but why should they have to?
I think those who want to see it should have to take the initiative of looking it up.

No. Why do you think you need to see it? giving this guy attention is just going to give him the power he wanted. This shouldnt be entertainment for you.
