where can I find several styles of lettering to use for inspiration in my drawing?

Go to the library and get a book called "typography" or "font styles 1500's till now". They both have over 1000 styles in them.

Find a typography Book in a book store or Library that has many type faces in it to choose from.

Just click on the fonts in WORD. You should have a big variety there.

If you want the more exotic look at http://www.graphic-design.com/news/ where they feature a lot of new ones.
