i have researched around and all i have found out is they do a background check but does not say if being a felon disbars you.

It depends on the terms of their probation. Most convicted felons have a period of at least a year that they are not allowed to leave the area let alone the country. There are laws about transporting felons to other countries as well. Many countries will not knowingly all felons into their county. Plus felons may not be allowed to register for a passport for a year. So the odds are that only felons over a year and with no record of sexual offenses or violent behavior will be considered for the show.

A Convicted Felon who has completed his or her time I believe has every right to participate in anything they wish to as long as it doesn't conflict with the release agreement. A person who done their time for their crime is a person who should have the right to continue living a normal as they can life. My father and wife agreed in this quote. "There are more on the outside, than inside."

Can't see why they shouldn't. If they survived prison, I'm sure they could survive the show.

I think as long as it wasn't violent or a sex crime they might let one on.
