So what you're saying is we can't make sense of the Universe unless we admit that we will never intrinsically comprehend it?
I would agree with that, as I am willing to admit an eternal unknown. The eternal unknown is also part of the scientific model, at least in theory. We refine our theories because they are never perfect.
Others believe we may one day catalog the Universe and know all there is to know, at least in theory. But what would this knowledge mean to a human? It could never be grasped fully by a human mind. I think, therefore, we must admit the unknown is inevitable.
But I don't necessarily think core incomprehensibility is necessary to our understanding of it. Some people would still like to keep the hope of full comprehension alive. Their Universe seems to be as consistent as mine, but I'd like to think my worldview is more adaptable.

I don't get it.

What do you mean by a "perpetual logical presumption of core incomprehensibiity"?

Is that the same thing as constant confusion?

Then, no. The universe STILL wouldn't make any sense.

I think it would be something like the matrix if you had a universe that was not imcomprehensible thinking things in this universe would begin to question there existance even if things made perfect sense. You would have thinking things making the choice to reject perfectly logical reasoning just based on the fact that it makes perfect sense. I guess this is only if the there was thinking things and they had free will. Maybe its free will itself that means incomprehensbility. I think if I ever found out the truth about how the universe works and understood it perfectly my mind would explode...

Your question relates to the frustration one incurs when attempting to understand the Universe on a mental or thinking level. When using a method of pure awareness(control of the thought process is essential) the universe can be experienced to a degree in its true nature. Of course there are no words to describe what only an experience can reveal.
Man's addiction to his own thinking is ultimately his greatest limitation.

I believe that the universe DOESN'T make any sense because of its core incomprehensibility.

i have a question with a logical presumption. my mom went to a catholic school called our lady of perpetual motion. the universe and any form of comprehension from a human standpoint doesnt exist. why cant people admit, they just dont know?

If that is a fancy way of saying that because the universe is constantly expanding that some part of it will always be beyond understanding, then I say hogwash! If it means that you personally would never be able to evolve intellectually enough to reach that understanding, then due to the law of attraction, I have to agree with you.
If I got it wrong, then I`m sorry. Cheers!

yes. that's just a cop out.

I much prefer a perpetual logical presumption of further possibility, it's more exhilarating.

It would probably make sense but not to all. It would certainly make sense to you ;)
