30 pounds....

obviously it depends on their starting weight. If some guy who weighed 300 lost 150 i would congratulate him on getting healthier.

My bf is already quite thin so if he lost 10 lbs i would be trying to feed him all the time. 20 lbs i would be concerned. and 30-40 lbs i would be alarmed and make him go to the doctor.

I have just lost 146 pounds; have 4 left to reach my goal. I'm under a doctors care for this weight loss.
Don't have a partner, but plan to now that I am slim!!!

It depends, If they were obese or were over weight, and they lost the proper amount of weight, I wouldn't mind. I'd congratulate them for getting healthier.

However my boyfriend is thin, and if he lost 5-10 pounds, I'd try to feed him as much as possible and would confront him. I wouldn't want him to harm himself.

Depends on how much they weighed.

If he weighed 180 and lost 160 lbs, I'd be nervous.
