There are 1,000 millimeters in each meter (mili means "one thousandth"). So, do 1,000 x 4. This comes out to be 4,000 so the answer is 4,000 mm (millimeters).

It doen't take a genius to know that there are no milliliters in a meter. Milliliters are a measure of volume and meters are a measure of length.

If you mean millimeters, there are 4,000 in 4 meters.
