"Telling it like it is" is all fine and good, but the way some of us answer one another is pretty brutal lately.

Don't we all think that honesty and shared feelings should be tempered with love, respect and tolerance? I am willing to share, but so many are only in this for the 2(or 10) points to score. How can they be so short-sighted and guarded? How can the populace not be generous enough to freely give advice to others who are reaching out? Instead, they answer with such mean-spirited and flippant answers. Boo. Hiss. A pox on them. I need to hug a tree.

Well to be perfectly honest. We cant tell it like it is. There's to many tree hugging hippies on here. Because of them the yahoo commies had to deactivate my original account which was abuser. I was a top contributor in 2 categories with over 1700 answers under my belt. So I don't think that the crowd is getting mean. I just think that there's to many tree hugging hippies that need a foot up ther ****

at first i thought so.... but not lately. sometimes ppl seem mean but they are just having fun.... take it with a grain of salt. if you are so offended you can report or avoid questions that might be answered in a manner you wouldnt like ? just an idea

Don't take them too seriously, they are only out to hurt someone else, which means they are not happy with themselves. It's called being insecure. Smile, maybe they'll get bored.

I haven't noticed any change in the pattern. The "mean" factor seems to go in fits & spurts.

Yeah, well thats your stupid opinion...haha, just kidding. No some people are getting pretty rude. I especially love it when I see someone calling someone else wrong/stupid when they are wrong themselves (I'm talking about wrong with facts, not beliefs.)
