We love it! Some reason Americans love watching it. Its better then having a bunch of documentaries. Something about the drama of relationships and saving lives and watching people get cut open. It is educational and fulfills the "soaps" that some need. BTW House is GREAT!!!

i've got observed that a lot of coach Border collies have longer hair. while herding, it somewhat is better for them to have shorter hair, in my view (and in many others), as a results of fact it would not get tangled in long grass, this is much less complicated to maintain neat, and so on. yet I actual have seen a pair medium length coat Border collies herding, in basic terms none with a very long coach length coat. when you consider that all of us so far has pronounced that... that truly skill not something, haha. Or like what Mutter mentioned. some coach BCs are bred for seems, herders are bred for intelligence (that's clever, in case you question me. the only canines coach breeders ever seem to offer are classically marked black and white, fluffy BCs. the rationalization the breed is so clever is they have in no way been bred for seems, that's why they may be any colour under the sunlight, could have any coat length, and somewhat have a exceedingly huge weight selection for a smaller scale medium sized breed), and so it somewhat is argued that coach breeders are ruining the breed. Or i assume with banned coloring in particular breeds. The "silver" lab probably has the aptitude to be a superb hunter if experienced precise, however the coloring skill no shows for them. it somewhat is style of any incorrect way around however. upload: or i assume the AmStaff is a sturdy occasion. in accordance to 3 those that spoke back my question the day gone by, the Amstaff and the APBT began out as a results of fact the comparable breed, however the Amstaff had the "pastime" look bred out of it so it would be coach high quality. So exceedingly a lot each and every seen distinction between Amstaffs and APBTs are for coach...

TV networks go through cycles every so often. This time it's medical shows. Last time it was ..... let me think ...... police shows? CSI? Court TV shows? How about reality tv? Well, you get the idea.

Back in the sixties there used to be a lot of military shows centering around WW II. Some were dramas and others were comedies. There was also a time when there were dozens of sitcoms on the air. It just happens that medical shows are the thing right now.

I think because the life of "medical people" is something that people can get interested at..the drama, the comedy, just like any other professions, so to speak.. these people are saving lives.. and it's really good to watch them how they perform medical procedures although you may not be able to relate at all with the terms... I, for one, loves the series Grey's Anatomy.. It is just so entertaining!

It is an American thing.

Other countries are not as obsessed with doctors as are people in the US.

It all started with Dr. Kildare and General Hospital and the thought was if it worked why not make more of them.

It is popular. You'll notice that certain types of shows tend to go in groups.

We had a lot of lawyer shows for a while.
Lots of CSI versions, NCIS, etc
Hospital shows
Reality shows

Whatever does well draws lots of immitations. Until that popularity fades.
