this is exactly the reason my Dad won't let me have a web cam!!
you did the right thing to block.
I am not a prude. I very happily swim topless in my pool with my friends - male and female. But absolutely no one takes a picture or video of me unless I am fully clothed. That way I have absolute control over who sees me. The moment video or photos of me topless or nude exist, I lose that control.
This loser would have probably posted your nude picture on the web, and then you can't stop anyone seeing it.

I love coming across these types of guys. Mainly because they don't expect me to explode and yell at them and bring them down because of what they ask. It's really fun to see their reactions. Like this one time this guy and I were viewing each other's cam (cause i like to see what the person looks like when i'm talking to them, and same with them. i just sit there and don't do anything exposing) but anyhow, he started to type perverted comments and i just exploded on him and his facial expression was priceless. I like the fact that I can get to a guy that much to make him feel like a complete *** for saying such things.
Then sometimes I report them and also block them.
