It is a flammable element. Most find hydrogen confusing because hydrogen contains one electron on its valence shell, just like all Group I elements, but it is gas!

Hydrogen at room temperature is a diatomic gas, its atomic number is 1. Its univalent. Its the lightest element. Its highly inflammable.
