I think the biggest one is Religion & Spirituality because there are no facts, what people believe is just what they interpret from reading and hearing about their religion. They may insist it's the truth, but there's no proof. (I'm not putting down religion here, it's just how I feel.)

P&S is the obvious winner there. That is why it has so many die-hard fans and so many top contributors. All answers are right because it is just asking what you think.
