You can't, there are no cheats to unlock Stone Cold Steve Austin but you can win the Royal Rumble. You can play as Batista, Kane, or Undertaker because they are strong and can win easily. After you win, it shows a bar, just go to your PC and buy him for $12,000.

Raw is better because of John Cena. He can beat
Mr Austin. His movie will also be better !!
