Who is the person who "rolled the tape"? and who are the producers of the newscasts?

Although the tape was first mailed to NBC, all media outlets have aired some of the video tape. One of them said they would air "limited excerpts", but that still means they are going to air part of the tape! It is not fair to blame the media for this, however, because it is not the media that murdered 32 students at Virginia Tech. The media is only doing its job - reporting the story. SOME media outlets are capitalizing on this, but not the ones that with any degree of self-respect. Don't blame the messenger for bringing the bad news - blame the killer.

If CBS hadn't released the videos, we'd all be carrying on about how it was all a big secret, and demand that they be shown. CBS knew that they were in something of a pickle, so they decided to err on the side of openness, which is only proper. I doubt that the videos will do anyone any damage, and they might help us understand a bit of how things happened.

I don't even think thats important, I want to know hwo he was talking to in the manifesto? I think the people who roomed with him know more than there saying!
