I hate to say this, but for racing engines.
These engines are made with a much higher compression ratio and generate much more horsepower than your street engine. I'm not sure but they may still contain lead in the formula to help with knocking in the engine and this would wipe out the converter and cost you a fortune to replace.
So, Forget about it.
It wouldn't do you any good anyway, your engine couldn't use the extra benefits of the gas, and if it had the lead in it, it would be real costly. good luck

Racing fuel is used in..dun dun dun race cars! And no, it's not safe to use in any car nor is it practical for use in any car because 1. it's expensive, 2. most cars arent designed to run on that high of an octane fuel and 3. a majority of racing fuel is leaded which means it would destroy the catalytic converter and oxygen sensor of an pollution controlled vehicle.

Racing, of course. It has an extremely high octane I believe. I wouldn't put it in your car unless you happen to have a high performance engine like they use in race cars. Likely the heat and friction, not to mention the explosion of the fuel, would damage your cars engine.

Racing fuel is fuel that has a higher octane to burn better and cleaner. it also allows for higher compression pistons, which=more horsepower. for example say you have a race car that uses methanol for fuel, methanol can be compressed a lot more than gasoline so therefore it creates more horsepower.
for using it any car it should be OK. but i would check owners manual or if not there check a dealership.

i own a shop and you cant burn it safely in any car ,in some cars it will cause it to burn a hole in the piston, its for race cars its real high octane for the best performance that you can get from one,its actually the best fuel you can buy its too much octane for a regular car to handle ,good luck with it hope this helps.

Extremely high compression race engines. Why would you want to use it on any car, aren't fuel prices high enough to suit you?
