Well, all of them. Duh. LOL
But if I had to pick one to be prominent, I would say humor. Because otherwise they would be boring, angsty, depressive...the list goes on and on. Humor is a vital part of life. It's what gets you from day to day and what keeps you coming back for more. Really, what's better than laughing wholeheartedly with the one you love?
So lets break this down.
Looks fade. Humor lets you make fun of your newfound wattle.
Money is superficial. You can't buy a sense of humor.
Smarts are good...but by their lonesome, are dull. Humor and smarts together is an unstoppable combination. And if you aren't smart, at least you are funny.
Culture alone is just snobbish behavior. Culture and humor, well, at least people are laughing with you and not at you...
Faith without humor is scary. God is laughing at you right now. And God watches Third Rock from the Sun.
Passion is a necessity but without humor to back it up, what would you do when you fell?
Talent...anyone can have talent. A true talent is to be able to laugh at yourself, and at life in general. I'd rather be able to smile than be able to dance or sing or do open heart surgery. Yes, even more than open heart surgery...
I couldn't live with myself if I didn't have a sense of humor, let alone someone else...

All!
I know everybody likes he wants a guy that has money how shallow. I want a guy that is able to provide for himself. It's not the most important but it's the one that i wanted to explain! I want the humor and talent and smarts because he would be someone that could would be interesting and funny to be around or be with! I want him to have faith in something and not necessarily any form of religion! I believe that a person that believe in nothing will fall for anything! I am not against atheist neither even though i am not one. I want him to have looks simply because it is my desire, as well as almost everyone elses, to date someone that i will love to look at! Culture and smarts are a must and strangely enough a turn on for me! I love a smart educated man!

I guess naturally, we all have several people that we are physically attracted to, and I could not be with a person that I wasn't attracted to on a physical level, but I also could not be with a person who I wasn't stimulated by on an intellectual level. Faith, Culture are not that big of a criteria for me. I guess what I like is a Smart man, who has a talent for what he is passionate about.

I prefer in a girlfriend - smarts, humour and passion.
To me that is what makes a personality of a person that I am generally attracted to, although to be honest if I was out looking for someone I would probably first base it on looks. But to me looks and money are material things, they don't really mean much when it comes to love. Whereas the others you have listed make a person who they are. And that's what I love about people.

Smarts -- I think this has become very important for me. I want to be able to talk about my work and my studies with a man, and not have him ask really dumb basic questions or not be able to participate in the conversation. Or if he believes in some kooky pseudoscience, that's a dealbreaker right there.
Not on your list: Kindness.
And looks. Unfortunately, I'm not immune.

Most importantly, smarts. If I can't have an intelligent conversation with someone, then I would rather not have a conversation at all. I like to debate, and I want a partner who will reciprocate instead of just sitting there and listening.

I prefer men who keep themselves clean and fit because it shows me they care about their health, and that's important to me.
I prefer intelligence and humor because without them they are likely to be lacking personality.
I prefer faith in ones self over faith in a god since I'm atheist.
I prefer someone be who they are and think for themselves rather than simply be a product of a given culture.
I prefer a man who is talented because to me Talent is very sexy.

Passion.
Not necessarily passion for me, but more than those other things, I want someone who is passionate about something. Anything. Otherwise I'd have a lazy, disinterested person.
Humor would be second, the rest ... tied for third.

In this order:
Passion - because i hate apathy.
Humor - "If you ain't laughing, you ain't living." - Carlos Mencia
Money - Unfortunately, money does make the world go 'round. can't live without it.
Smarts - so that we can have intelligent conversations
Talent - so that he has a commodity people can pay him for
Looks - I'm not that superficial so this is lower on the list
Faith - I don't want someone shoving the bible down my throat.
Culture - I don't even know what this one is suppose to mean.
