You can also look at NASW's website and possibly even the state chapter of NASW in NC. These often have postings you will not find elsewhere. Local schools of social work can also be helpful and have postings. Of course many local papers now have online editions with local job postings.
In the area of youth and HIV/AIDS you may also want to send a resume to local organizations in the area you hope to live. DA

Besides the usual (hotjobs, monster) there are a few specialized sites that can help in searching for a nonprofit position. Look up the websites for the following - they have Careers sections that list nonprofit jobs exclusively:
The Nonprofit Press
The Chronicle of Philanthropy
Idealist.org
