my wii number is: 5303934315875089 (this number was on the screen) when i was trying to register, cant register it????
Whats this mii parade thing? dont get it, anyone help me plzzzzzzzz

I really don't understand what you mean about the number but the MII parade is for the people that are in your area that also have a Wii and are also online. Their Mii will walk onto your Wii and interact with your Mii or Miis and vice-versa.

a) you cant register your own wii number as a friend
b) mii parade is any friends of yours miis who roam from their console to yours (you need to register some friends for this to happen however)
