If it is a parallelogram, inscribed in a circle, then it must be a rectangle.
Why?
Because the opposite angles for any quadrilateral inscribed in a circle must be supplementary.
In a parallelogram.. the consecutive angles must also be supplementary.
The only way for both of these to be true.. is for the four angles in the parallelogram to be 90 degrees.
Therefore, the parallelogram must be a rectangle.
(However, it doesn't have to be a square .. i.e. rhombus)

A parallelogram inscribed in a circle is still a parallelogram. It just happens to live inside a circle..
--Edit--
in the indterest of being serious and actually helping you...
The only parallelogram you can get inside a circle is a square, tho.

Rectangular or square. A circle can be drawn through 3 points not on a line. However, once you come up with a 4th point, you have to tow the line.
