You're just proving that the racists should feel responsible because they're clearly very prominent.

Koreans should NOT feel responsible. This was one psychotic guy who did this. He could have been white, black, Native American, Latino or any other race out there. Check out Yahoo news. Korean churches are holding special services in honor of the victims, they are raising money for the victims families and for memorials. How could you possibly blame Koreans as a whole. They had nothing to do with it. Look at the past school shootings....hmm....white males...... maybe all white people should be held accountable for that!?!?! Seriously grow up!!!

Did the roomates consult a lawyer before they answered? If they had seen the gun at all then they are responsible (since all the students knew guns were illegal on campus).

If the gun store man knew he was a VT student then he should have asked and told Cho that he could not take the gun onto the campus. If he failed to apply due dilligence he could be liabel to the death of the VT members.

If someone dropped Cho when he was young maybe that would be the person responsible for the killings?

If Cho went to the military in Korea then the Korean govt. might be responsible(but he didn't)

Now if you wrote to him when he was alive and told him to do it then I would hold you responsible for the killing of all the people at VT....

What did his being of Korean heritage have to do with either his mental health or his criminality? As of 2000 there were over I milllion Korean persons living in the United States. One Koreans goes on a murderous rampage and suddenly over a million other people are guilty too? Get a grip, buddy.

Of course not, why that analogy? Should all Polish feel responsible for the Unibomber?

A nationality is just that - and I know many Koreans that are ashamed that a countryman has committed such a heinous crime. There is fear of retribution in Korean owned businesses because of the anger that is felt and the need to blame.

Let's take this opportunity to grieve together, Korean, American, European, African, Australian - we're all just people in the end.

are you asking if all Koreans should be responsible for the V-Tech murders? If you are that seems off the wall. Not all Whites are responsible for the OK City bombing, the Yates woman killing her five kids or Monica's on the knees job- Not all Blacks are responsible for Al and Jessie, gang activity or the woman that dropped her kids in the river- If that's not what you meant, SORRY, could you clarify the question

The cuts in funding for public mental health care that have been taking place the last 30 years. A liberal establishment, who saw the warning signs and figured if they ignored the problem it would go away (as always).... there's the responsibility right there.

No. This wasn't some Korean conspiracy to kill 32 people. This was a mentally unstable guy shooting innocents. The responsibility all lies on Cho.

No!

The US has to take responsibility, fair and square.

He went to US schools from age 8. His problems developed here, and he acted them out here.

Even his 'complaints' are against US people, not Koreans.

And there were 33 victims.
