If big George and big Barbara had had little George institutionalized years ago when he was doing drugs and wasting money and couldn't keep a job, could they have prevented the deaths of thousands of Americans? If Cho's parents had had him evaluated, could that have prevented the 32 deaths at Virginia Tech?

Cho's parents were adjusting to a new culture. I think his grade school and high school teachers/counselors are due some blame there.
Bush's parents have no excuse. He should have been put away long ago.

I don't think Cho's parents are to blame; but on the other hand what is George and Barbara's excuse Because there is no excuse for the likes of GWB Too bad Babs did not have a miscarriage or get an abortion so the world could be spared the pain GWB has inflicted on the world

I like the comparison. But I don't think Cho's parents are to blame. However Bush's parents, you might be getting at something there.

Atleast in Cho's case, after killing 32 he has killed himself. But take Bush, even after killing thousands of people all over the world, his thirst for blood is not over and he is still allowed by spineless US people to go ahead with his actions. What a shame?

Lol..sorry but I never thought that way of Ma and Pa Bush...
Don't forget tho, Cho was Asian, and in many Eastern cultures, it may be a bit...taboo...to speak of any mental disorders. There are many people out there who should be evaluated who never are.
