Dealer bid on an MS-65 1952 1/2 is only $52. It is not one of the rarer coins, either by mintage nor is it a grade rarity item. You need to take it to a coin dealer, who deals with PCGS and ask him how much. For NGC ou need to be a member of the ANA or find a member dealer ( all are) to submit it for you. With ANACS you can submit it yourself, go to their site www.anacs.com. To me it is not rare enough to submit. If it was a 1949-D or 1950-D it would be worth it. Just my opinion here.

lots of the businesses you stated are solid. I actually have heard of many alternative grading facilities, even if the precise 4 (so as of prominence) are: PCGS, NGC, ANACS, and ICG. determining to purchase funds qualified via the different facilities is questionable and also you'll truly favor to carry close what you're doing. in certain circumstances, a coin could have a eco-friendly holographic sticky label on it that reads CAC. those stickers are further via yet another third-party who's of the same opinion with the grade. it truly is the most suitable commonplace. be careful, even with the actuality that, even as determining to purchase funds sight-unseen. it may teach risky. i recognize of quite a few those who were taken for 1000's of money determining to purchase funds without seeing them first. also, be positive you've some type of solid cost practise guide such as the red e book that may help you position a cost on a particular coin in a particular grade.
