Nice sentiment, really. This shows maturity.
I would tell each one individually.

Question are you doing this because you are sincere or out of fear. I know first hand the torment of punks and school bullies. fortunately, sang my own tune and continued to follow my heart and made it through the storm w/God's help. But unfortunately, some people are never able to let go. If you are sincere, then take an ad out in the local paper. If you were a true instigator, then you need to do something, such as volunteer work or give speeches at school to prevent future acts. then, look up all those people you harassed and send them a letter, telling them how sorry you are and what you are doing to make amends.
Makes me wonder why, it takes such violent measures for people to say, "I'm sorry".....the words every picked on child dreams to hear.

It doesn't really do much good, no one knows who you are. You shouldn't have put the "please don't kill me" part there, it's almost like you are making fun any school shootings that have happened. No one can tell if you are serious and we don't even know who you are, much less do the people you have teased. Why don't you go find them and tell them sorry?(no disrespect intended, sweet of you to try :-))

That is not funny, how can you make fun of what just happened at V.T. with such a callous and insincere apology. The worst of it is, If you can joke about the V.T. event than you do not actually deserve the apology you seek!!!!!!!!!!!!
