Well, I am a little late to answer this one, but I did want to mention one thing. The Beatles did a song titled Lady Madonna, not Lady Godiva, which was a song about a woman who becomes involved in a burlesque show by Peter and Gordon.

Lady Godiva is the Beatles, right? I saw Herman's Hermits in concert, with the Grassroots, Gary Puckett and the Union Gap, and the Monkees. I love the Monkees!

"Lady Godiva" is by the Beatles. "Lady Godiva, children at your feet..." LOL just kidding! "I'm Down" is by the Beatles. I don't know the others.

OMG I can't believe how many of the people answered and actually think "Lady Godiva" is the Beatles song!!!
