I'm not in a happy mood tonight. Yesterday I was. Today, one of my coworkers was dismissed and my workload will increase. I'm NOT looking forward to it. I know what I have to look forward to and it's not good. I not only feel sorry for my coworker but for myself and my counterpart. We are already overworked. I know I'm venting - but this is what you gave us the opportunity to do. I also have home issues. My husband and I are separated. I have that to deal with as well. He originally left me for a coworker and still works with her. Now he wants to get back together and still work with her. Ha Ha. I think I should fly away or get on that crazy train heading south. Thanks for letting me vent.

I just feel like the worst mother in the world because I have twin daughters are always ganging up on me and I feel like they are spinning out of control with attitude and I keep getting more depressed by the day. I shouldn't have ever been allowed to breed!! Thanks for letting me get that off my chest! That was sweet!

Boxing

Screaming

or Anything that involves explosives, fire, and a minimum safe distance.

As long as it doesn't hurt anyone, Anything you do to relieve stress and anger is a good vent.

open a window and scream at the top of your lungs, then close the window as if nothing happened. now that you've released all of the negative energy, it's time for ice cream.

I prefer not to, I hold it in and bury my anger, although it sometimes builds up, and I use medications (see picture, lol) to make that go away.

Thanks but I have no bottle anger, I usually let it out when I am angry.because if I hold it in. I will let it out on the wrong person and that is not fair to them.
